Learjet models 35 and 36 are a line of multipurpose US commercial airliners and naval transportation planes produced by Learjet. Long distance model 36 has a shorter cabin to create more room in the rear hull for tankers. LJ35's design began with the Learjet 25BGF (GF refers to "Garrett Fan"), a Learjet 25 with a then new TFE731 turbo fan turbojet, installed on the front side instead of the General Electric CJ610 type 25 turbo fan.
1 ] As a consequence of the higher cognition and the attenuated sound level of the new motor, Learjet further built the arrangement, and instead of state single a variation of the 25, it became its own hypothesis, the 35th. During the Falkland War of 1982, Learjet 36s made most of Escuadrón Fénix's operations mainly on detour missions.
The C-21A The C-21A is a US nomenclature for an "off the shelf" version of the Learjet 34A for the United States Air Force, with room for eight occupants and 42 ft (1. 26 m³) of freight. On Christmas Eve, December 24, 1996, the 1996 Learjet plane accident in New Hampshire in New Hampshire crashing a Learjet 34A in New Hampshire led to the longest missed plane raid in the state's entire historical record, which lasted nearly three years, and finally resulted in Congress laws requiring enhanced ELTs being implemented in corporate jet planes in the United States.
A Learjet 36A of the Gesellschaft für Flugzieldarstellung (GFD) was implicated in a crash with a German Luftwaffe Eurofighter Typhoon on 24 June 2014 and fell in Olsberg, Germany. Learjet 35 is powered by residential, commercial and aerial taxis. N10BD videotape in progress.
