Millions Air is a private airline operating FBOs (Fixed Basis Operators) in North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, Asia,..... Its headquarters are in Houston, Texas, United States, and was established in 1984. The Million Air was established in 1984 by the Mary Kay Cosmetics in the Dallas, Texas area as a single-site FBO.

Originally, Mary Kay Cosmetics' objective was to provide a luxurious FBO experience to Mary Kay Cosmetics clients and agents at the Mary Kay Company's home Dallas base, enabling Mary Kay to create and nurture a unified brand identity beyond the boundaries of the commercial jets. Million Air Dallas opened in 1984 in Addison, Texas, as a full-service, first-class Welcome Centre.

Its Million Air System works in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean as well as in Latin America, Asia and Africa. The company employs 1,200 people and leases more than 1,050 planes. Millions Air handles over 1,200 flights a day throughout its FBO service area. An FBO is an airplane refuelling system that also provides a wide range of other aviation-related service.

Air FBOs offer refueling and chartering, airplane sale, airplane administration and general airplane service. Million Air also has its own Jet Lifestyle Television Network run by a Las Vegas, Nevada corporation called Mint Media Inc. Offering luxurious marketers a guarantee of coverage in the eyes of ultra-effluent and corporative travellers, the site features 4K SUHD monitors and videowalls in each of the millions of Air Privates Airports displaying high-quality contents and advertisements bought from luxurious agents around the world.
