There are two boys who run this place, young, hard-working and all in all really cute. And the only true grievance I have is the customer. Like with any work, working with the general population can be quite distressing if they want to be impolite. Humans really take the transport in person, so it can be a celebration or a starvation.

At the moment I rely on local transport and often choose to order a taxi in order to get to work the next day. Ordering through the application between 7-12 hrs ahead of schedule and giving a pick-up period far in front of when I should go because I know that things can be slow.

But in most cases I never get the message that a taxi is arriving or even being called for me. Giving them the advantage of having doubts, I waited about 15 min after my pick-up and still nothing. If I try to call, the waiting period is long and I have to make it out with a boyfriend to help.

I' d like to help this partner, especially as Yellow Cab is such a jumble, but at the moment I don't have the feeling that I can rely on Motown Cab to do what I need. I' ve just had a terrible episode with a chauffeur from this facility. I' ve never had a single issue with this type of facility before.

When you use Motortaxi, I sincerely pray you don't get the wacky Crackinghead drivers! Then I had to leave the cab and run to my goal. Thomas, the executive director, was very supportive in getting him a rider so he wouldn't miss his plane home. Helping me organize the telephone payments for my boy, he had a chauffeur in less than 10 mins.

From Pittsburgh airport my boy flew out thanks to Motown Taxi's rapid reaction to a not exactly perfect location. Thanks Thomas and thanks Motown Taxi! I' m very sorry to disappoint you. Calling two hour in advanced to schedule a pick-up so I wouldn't be too late for work.

He said five moments before I phoned the dispatchers to look for my taxi. He was 20 min too early and then went out of hand to get me to work in good order. On the evening before I phoned to arrange a pick-up at 9am for an appointment, the next morning again at 6am for a souvenir.

When I told the rider what time it was, his answer was "not my problem". As I am awaiting my vehicle to be transported, I am dependent on the taxi company. On the same trip my ticket price can rise up to $6.00 per rider. In fact, I had a taxi rider who told me it was a given for a tip of 15 per cent.

Horrible taxi ride. There'?s no apology for that kind of work. Since you know that you operate a transport company in Morgantown, WV, you should be planning for so-called severe meteorological events. The cab was 55 min later. 10 mins after it was due to come and I was said it would take another 20 mins.

And when it wasn't there, I phoned again. It was 40 min after the arrival and it was said that it would take only 5 min. to get there. Then I had to delay 15 mins before the rider came in. It was a very friendly guy and the vehicle was in good shape, but don't expect it to get you to a place on schedule.

The taxi was great when they first got underway. Every goddamn fucking goddamn call I make, it's always an hours waiting, no what the fuck. It' s great to have a taxi company in the city that you really want to use! So I have many customers outside the city and would not have suggested a taxi in Motown yet!

The taxi services are very good. And in less than twenty moments I was in a taxi on the way to my hospital. Magnificent rider and the car was in an almost new state. It is a firm that has penetrated a desperate taxi business and is doing a great job. What a great place to be!
