In Morocco we know that there is a trade tradition that does not exists in some other places, so in the interest of visibility all our website rates are already the best we can do. Please note, however, that in Morocco cars and business insurances are two things that are slightly more costly than in Europe.
Especially in Morocco, cars are significantly more costly than in Great Britain and the USA. All our rates are reasonable and we cannot bargain with you. All our rates are all-inclusive. What is the amount of pre-announcement needed for a reservation? The majority of clients make reservations 1-2 week in advanced. Reservations are preferred at least 3 and a half business day in advance, but you can make your reservation at any moment via our website.
Please make your last-minute booking directly through our website instead of sending us an email. Are you offering hosted service? We only provide personal service. Where can I make a booking for a return voucher? When you return the same date, simply choose the Full Daily Excursion when booking. When you return another date, you should reserve two simple shuttle service each.
Our services are completely different for large taxi cabs. Our transportation is certified and all our cars are equipped with the latest technology, are well serviced, cleaned and air-conditioned. Included in our rates are insurances and tax. Our services are door-to-door. In order to make a reservation you must make a down payment through our website.
Payment can be in dirhams, euro, pounds or dollars. Our quoted rates are all per car rates. What are your rates in Euro for?
In Morocco, the denomination we use is the Dirham of Morocco (MAD). Consequently, most tourists coming to Morocco do not have the right money when they come, so it is more comfortable to make a purchase in another one. The majority of our guests come from Europe, so we set our price in Euro, but we also of course allow payments in MAD, GBP and US Dollars at actual foreign currencies.
Secondly, we quote our rates in Euro because there are several Dirhams in different parts of the globe. In case you want to make a payment in a non-euro denomination, simply e-mail us after your reservation and we will inform you what the right amount is.
Is the vehicle air-conditioned? Our cars are all air-conditioned. What is the age of your cars? We will send you your pickup instruction by e-mail after your reservation. Drivers name and telephone number will be sent to you the morning before the start of the trip. There is no charge for running hot and cold showers and you will not be burdened.
We have WiFi available in most of our cars, but it is a free option and without conditions. WiFi is free of charges and we do not provide any warranties. Are there any charges for picking me up from the airports? Collection from the airports of Tangier, Fes, Casablanca or Marrakech is free of cost.
Please give us your ticket number when making your reservation so that we can look for them. Do you have two harbours in Tangier? Yes, there are two harbours serving Tangier. First is " Tangier Ville port " which is situated in the town Tangier. Please let us know when you make a reservation for a Tangier shuttle that you will be travelling by ferry and we can arrange to collect you from the harbour.
And the second is "Tangier-Med Port", which is about 45 min away from Tangier. From here we provide transportation to Tangier City and also directly to Chefchaouen.
