Manhattan Helicopters must be contacted at least 24 hrs in advance and we will reschedule your trip free of charge.

Delayed arrival will be handled on a case-by-case base, according to seat and airfare. Maximum 300 pounds per person. There is an extra charge for those over 250 pounds. Planned durations may differ according to route and meteorological condition. The Manhattan Helicopters company has the right to change routes without prior notification.

Every traveller must go through a metallic detection system and, for safety reasons, present an identity card that has been made out by the state. Executive Board has the right to deny embarkation to a traveller or to update the information at any moment. Hello, I will visit New York in February and arrive with Continental at Newark Airport in the evenings, we want to enjoy the views of the New York sky from a helicopter at midnight. A helicopter transfer from Newark to NYC is available (we stay overnight at Hilton Times Square).
