If a flight ticket is cancelled, it may take 7 to 10 business days before your return will be processed, subject to the availability of the appropriate payment method. When paying via SamsungPay please be aware that if the reservation information of a flight ticket needs to be modified, up to and beyond the point of arrival, the current flight ticket will be cancelled for reimbursement and a new ticket will be bought and repaid. Reimbursement of air ticket payments made via Samsung Send includes reimbursement charges.

When you receive a reimbursement for the air ticket purchased with Kakao Pay, the reimbursement charge will be calculated. Applicable to Korean issuing credentials, it conforms to Kakao Pay's interest-free payment and related payment method guidelines. When canceling a ticket, it may take 7-10 business days, based on your airline's situation, for a ticket to be refunded.
For IOS, if the amount of money disbursed exceeds KRW 300,000, it is necessary to fill in the KakaoPay customer passwords before making a deposit. With SSG PAY, if you wish to modify the reservation/route, you must receive a reimbursement for the ticket in question and repay it.

If you booked an airline ticket with your paying later before the due date, you can make a reservation under 'Search/Change My Reservation' under My Page. It is possible to reverse a stored route at any moment before the later due date by clicking on 'Search/change my reservation' under 'My page'. With the exception of the air ticket cost, the additional cost of petrol and the cost of air travel may vary depending on the conversion rates / cost of petrol at the moment of paying.
It is not possible to modify or reschedule the due date of the disbursement, but you must reverse it and re-book the ticket to modify or reschedule the date.
eTicket is an eTicket and not a real one. Printing out the e-ticket receipt (Booking / Issue Confirmation) that you sent by e-mail or facsimile and present at the check-in desk of the embarkation procedure at the airports. Passengers can obtain their seats and board-ticket.
