Setting up repeating documents in QuickBooks Online

Find out how to create a repeating proof of purchase for your bankroll or ACH. The Visa and MasterCard policies dictate that you must have your customer's approval in writing before establishing a repetitive loan statement. Just fill out the repetitive submissions. Ensure that the payment method is chosen as the customer's standard debit or bank transfer and that you have your customer's payment order and keep it in a safe place.

By saving the repetitive submission, the system displays the completed submission request for you. Click the gear symbol above and then click Repeated Transactions. To do this, in the Type of Business Transactions dropdown list, click Sales Memo and then OK. Type a name for the model to help you see what the model is for (this is not shown on the transaction).

Select Planned from the dropdown list Typ. Select the name of the client from the Client dropdown list and review the completed e-mail. Please note: If you want your client to be notified by e-mail each and every times they process a purchase, make sure you select the option Automatic e-mailing. Select Credit Cards or Checks from the Paying Means dropdown list.

Specify your client's financial information or banking information, and then click OK. Verify - Click the Authorisation link to give your client the authorisation request forms for wire transfers. Activate the checkbox to make sure that the money is processed each times a record is generated with this repetitive operation.

Choose Store Preset at the bottom right when you are done. When you process a payment order, the automatic authorization request for your payment order is created and your client can complete it.
