GA - How do lessors calculate fees when the plane is not in use?

It is usual to find a minimal consumption per hour per diurnal for accommodation or longer journeys. If, for example, you take a plane on a 3-day journey and your club/owner needs 2 hours/day, you pay for 2 x 3 = 6 hrs per hour / Hobbs / at any given hour, even if you haven't really used the plane that often.

You will be charged for the higher amount of your real use or your daily floor use. It' s extremly seldom in the USA, but not uncommon that you get an additional daily charge if you use the plane for more than one full working days. Hourly fees may also be "wet" (the price will include fuel: any amount you charge for petrol will be subtracted from your hire on your return) or "dry" (the price will only include the aircraft and you will have to charge for fuel).

AIR TRAINING: Air instructions are available for $45 perhour for single-engined planes and $55 perhr for multiengined planes and surface instructions. Medicinal Condition: To fly an airplane without an Instructor you must comply with the FAA Certified Designated Medical Examiner's minimal required standard of care. If you are concerned about your health, it is best to obtain a Certificate prior to commencing your education.

It is NOT necessary to have a doctor's note before beginning the course, but you cannot take the plane "solo" without one. You can also get a sports licence that does not need a doctor's note, you can practice and record the lessons with us in our plane for a sports licence, but the test must be carried out in a lightweight sports plane that is very similar to the smaller planes in our aircraft family.

PILOTS: Every hirer must be fully screened by one of our flying instructors and found capable (if they wish to operate without an instructor) to comply with applicable health and safety regulations. Teacher price is $45. per hours for one-engined planes and $55 per hours for multi-engined planes and is not contained in the rent price.

Pilot, who are up-to-date and competent, should not need much more than one hours check out. You will need an FAA certification if you wish to travel to the USA. In case you do not have an FAA certification, we can help you obtain an FAA certification upon your arrival at our flying training center on the basis of your latest one.

Upon arrival, you will receive the FAA certification on the basis of your certification.
