Supplementary service, insurances, relatively relaxing ambience with staff. Clients are suffering, therefore our staff are suffering. What makes the staff look like doofies because we offer them a spectrum. I' m sick and tired of your staff. Staff are misused and disregarded by clients and are supposed to stay on the telephone. Superiors do not take charge of the team' s own performances if it is not good.

Recruit better superiors and pay attention to the psychological condition of the staff. Possibilities to move the offer for another layer and the possibility to have hours of lunch depending on your work. Sometimes clients are malicious and voracious. They will tell you to tell the customer one thing, but then on the way say something to disagree, so it looks like we're lyin' and it's really pissing off the people.

They are very rigorous and do not do anything special for their team. The initial layer is 3/330 midnight and contains a switching difference. Recruit superiors who not only know the jobs, but can also identify with their inferiors. A few of the superiors I had were highly focused on the task and nothing else, and it made it difficult to identify with them.
