Taxi London to Heathrow

Up to 5 people and 4 large suitcases can be accommodated in a London taxi. Personal transfers are less expensive than the use of the optional taxi service and include meeting and greeting facilities. When you leave the bonded warehouse/luggage depot, your chauffeur will wait for you to accompany you to the car awaiting you.

We come to the hotel desk to find you at the moment you made your booking. We accept all common types of bank and charge bonds. We do not levy an incremental cost for paying by bank wire. You will be billed 5% of the starting price plus a small surcharge depending on the period between the date of your booking and the date of your departure. No refunds will be made for cancelations made 48 hrs before your pick-up or for no-shows at the planned pick-up date.

Don't be afraid if your trip is delayed, wait periods - Airport arrivals are tracked and the chauffeur adjusts his arrivals hours to the real air travel arrivals hours. Drivers wait in front of the exits to the custom building with your name approx. 30 min after the real landings - not at the planned hours.

If you do not have any baggage, an early check-in can be arranged. Queue fees are charged after 60 min. of queuing and wait times. There are no concealed extra features - Rates quoted in London are inclusive of all London tax, park fees and congestion fees. However, Heathrow imposes a 5 pound supplement on passengers arriving at terminals and there are currently problems with minibus car parks in Terminals 4.

Either arrange to see the chauffeur at another kiosk or add an extra charge for the car to be parked in a large bus parking lot in front of the kiosk. No additional charge will be made for paying by bank transfer. Package charge for the entire centre of London - We have a quoted rate for transfer to anywhere in London. The centre of London is defined as any part of London located in London's subway system Area 1, which covers all of London's main hotels.

For large groups, multi-drop and hotel pickup is just as common as for small groups. If you would like a visit, we can organise a tourist leader, be it an orienteering trip through London or a special interest of the group.
