Earlier today I phoned A Service Cab to meet a customer and take him toakeside. Well, I let them know the customer was in the alley and paid up. Then the taxi arrives and fetches another customer who has already waited for another taxi. {\pos (192,210)}I phoned the firm back and let them know what had happened and they started to have an opinion about me.
Well, I just rang her back and she hanged up. And then I shouted back and asked to talk to a man she said clearly: "You're not talking to anyone" and put it in my face. And then I phoned another number and was eventually assigned to a management and he claimed to have listened to the whole interview and tried to tell us that we should get room numbers so the taxi could know who it was collecting.
I' M NEVER GONNA CALL THAT TAXI FIRM AGAIN. I' D RATHER TAKE ONE OF OUR GUESTS WHERE THEY HAVE TO GO BEFORE I EVER CALL THEM. Quite a hoax of the service. First, I phoned Service Cab and a taxi drives with the name AService Cab, I ask the taxi drivers to make sure it is the right firm, and he says yes that the firm is now named AService cab, not Service Cab because it went out of the business years back.
Why should you still promote Service Cab? Drivers weren't too chatty and demanded that I keep the window down instead of the air conditioning because it overheated his vehicle! They took my information and then gave me a man named Tommy's number that I could call.
With this being how they handle a buyer over a $33 trip. 00 then I suppose their trade managment abilities aren't that great either, too, shaddie! I' ll never use this firm again when I'm in the area, and I want to warn others. Outstanding taxi service!!!!!!! - I' m a co-owner of this taxi firm.

Behind the excellence of our businesses, we are members of the Better Bureau of Commerce, and we get very few grievances about them or in our offices. Staying more than 2 hrs I waited for the taxi and when I phoned to see why it took too long; the woman impatiently phoned me and gave me the greatest feeling, telling me to stop whining and hang up!
Driving was very ruthless, laughably quick and almost struck a kerb (he thought it was a U-turn) until I said he would meet him! Besides, the taxi smells and the taxi operator doesn't know how to number! Poorest taxi service ever, our firm (Crowne Plaza) has counted on them, but due to the bad service with our guests and the intolerable service of their chauffeurs we will move our shop to another location.
You know, folks who work here don't have service skills. It'?s a first-class outfit. Drivers were courteous. - Not even the one badge is couturier, bedraggled, impolite and tattered describing the premise of the cabin and the operator. And so I phoned a service cabin, after trying to work out and plan all the detail, I had doubts, and when the cabin and operator came, I realised why.
Suctioned it up and got into the cabin, which was very filthy, and the operator continued with downed lights and constant smoking. After leaving the taxi and smelt of fumes and sweat, I will never use this firm again and would never tell anyone, it was even worst than the taxis in Mexico!
The driver was filthy and impolite. He gets a badge because I can't give him zeroes. OK, but needs to be improved - service is OK, but the dispatchers can sometimes be a little harsh.
