A member of the company's staff has stolen an empty Alaska Airlines Q400 airliner from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac) later on Friday evening and has since fallen on Ketron Island in South Puget Sound.

Pierce County Sheriff's Department tells NBC News that the clerk of the air carrier who stolen the airplane was "a sole suicide", that there were no air travelers on the airplane, and that "this is not a terror event. It showed the airplane at grinding and other manoeuvres. The Alaska authorities said that the person would not be positive until the " remnants are investigated ".

Brad Tilden, CEO of Alaska Air Group, said in a statement  that the corporation still "collects the facts" and expresses affection for the affected person's relatives and acquaintances. No matter if the airplane went down alone or was downed, although Alaska said that the airplanes didn't seem to be participating.
