There are no departures on this coach, so if you need to travel through this area, e.g. to pick up your luggage, please talk to a member of staff at London Airport.

The Heathrow Express is free for the trip between the kiosks. The London Underground is free if you use a Transport for London Oyster ticket. Clients who connect via their terminal 3 now have at their disposal a completely new, bigger system that shortens the time between them. Should you require extra assistance for your trip, e.g. to get to the airport, board the plane or reach your onwards destinations, please let us know via My Bookings at least 48 hrs prior to your trip and we can make arrangements for you with Heathrow Airport.

Schedule more times to reach your onward destination than the suggested minimal connect times, e.g. to leave the plane or to make a shuttle between different terminals: As a rule, if you have to change trains within Terminal 5 (A, B2 or C gates), we can organise an electrical powered bus ride for you.

When you need to change between Terminal 3 and Terminal 5, you can use special flights. Lichfield Suite in Terminal 5 provides extra amenities for those with more serious body or study impairments, such as a height-adjustable adults baby changer, hoists and shower. There are also disabled lavatories and inductive loop areas throughout the airport.

Please go through your pass (and possibly customs) and recheck in as usual for your connection, so please make sure you have enough free travel space. The London Heathrow and London Gatwick airport are about 48 km apart. It is recommended that you allow at least 3 lessons when linking these allotments. There are 80 buses a night from Katwick to Katwick, and the trip can take up to an entire hours. The buses come and go from the lower floor outside the arrivals area at the Heathrow international airport. Travelling on another airline's flights, if you fly in or out of the Northern Airline, you can use the North-South Airport shuttles, which run 24 hrs a day in just three minute.

Remember that it is always the traveller's own risk to verify his/her travel documents for each airport/country on his/her route.
