Sorry, this function is not yet available on-line. When you cancel your ticket because you need to go on another date, you can modify your date of trip without canceling your reservation using our My Reservation Management function on the website.

When you need a reimbursement claim, please fill out and send off our on-line reimbursement claim forms. If you have made your reservation via the Global Call Center, the ticket agency or a tour operator, you cannot use our on-line function "Manage my booking" to change dates. Remember that a cancellation charge may apply according to the tariffs of your ticket.

Can I change a ticket reservation or get a reimbursement for an already bought ticket? When you need to change your ticket reservation, you can do this on-line using our "Manage my booking" function. Do I have to owe a fee to change my ticket? Any other customary penalty shall also be applicable in respect of changes of date, non-appearance or cancellation.

10.1 We will reimburse a Ticket or an Unused Part thereof in accordance with the relevant Fares as follows: Unless otherwise provided in this clause, we are authorised to make a reimbursement either to the individual specified in the Ticket or to the individual who pays for the Ticket on production of sufficient evidence of such same.

If a Ticket has been purchased by a different individual than the individual specified in the Ticket and the Ticket indicates a limitation on reimbursement, we will make a reimbursement only to the individual who purchased the Ticket or to that individual's order. Except in the event of loss of the ticket, reimbursement will be made only upon delivery of the ticket and any non-used flight coupons to us.

If we cancel a trip, do not perform a trip appropriately and on time, do not stop at your final or stopover point, downgrade your trip category, or miss a connection on which you have a booking, the amount refunded will be: If no part of the ticket has been used, an amount equivalent to the price of the ticket purchased; 10.2.1.

If part of the Ticket has been used, no less than the amount of the Ticket price purchased and the Ticket price payable for the journey between the points for which the Ticket has been used. If your trip category is downgraded, your reimbursement will be equal to the price differential between the price you pay for the downgraded category and the price you pay for the real trip category for that category.

If you are eligible for a ticket reimbursement for any reason other than those listed in 10. 2, the amount of the reimbursement (subject to the provisions of Art. 3.1. 3) shall be: 10.3.1. If no part of the Ticket has been used, an amount equivalent to the price of the Ticket purchased, less appropriate servicing costs or termination costs; 10.3.1.

If part of the Ticket has been used, an amount equivalent to the amount of the discrepancy between the price of the Ticket purchased and the price payable between the points for which the Ticket has been used, less appropriate ancillary costs or cancellations costs. 10.4. 1 If you should forfeit your Ticket or any part thereof, upon presentation of sufficient evidence of the lost and appropriate handling fee having been payable, a reimbursement will be made as soon as possible after the expiration of the Ticket's term of validity, subject to the following conditions

The Ticket has not been used, previously reimbursed or substituted for the Ticket or any part thereof (unless the use, reimbursement or substitute by or to third parties is due to our own fault). Commitment by the refunding individual in the manner required by us to reimburse us the amount reimbursed in the case of cheating and/or to the full or partial use of the Ticket by a third Party (unless cheating or use by a third party is due to our own fault).

10.4. 2 If we or our Authorised Agent loses the Ticket or any part thereof, the loser shall be liable to us. We will not make a refunds if the request for a refunds is not made within one year of the date of issuance of the initial ticket. 10.5. 2 We may deny a refund if the request is made after the Ticket has expired.

We may decline to reimburse any Ticket presented to us or any government official as proof of an intent to leave that State unless you determine to our reasonable knowledge that you have been permitted to stay in that State or that you will leave that State by another transporter or other means of transportation.

Reimbursement may be made in the same way and in the same currencies in which the Ticket was paid for. Optional reimbursements shall be made only by the original ticket -issuing carriers or their representatives if they are authorized to do so.
