The aircraft rent is based on a dry hire fee. Fuels are billed at the usual price on the date of the trip. Propellant consumption for the Piper Warrior is 8.5g/ph. Cessna 172SP has a 10 gram per hour consumption. For the Piper Arrow and Cirrus SR20 the consumption is 12g/ph.

Consumption of the Cirrus SR22 is 18gsph. Refunds for off-site purchases will be made up to the current price. TCFT has several methods of paying for airline education and pilots' needs. The majority of our clients have prepayment account with the firm.

Fees for airline education and requirements will be debited from this bank upon completion of your unit or rental. Clients can also purchase their trainings, rental or deliveries on a Pay as you go base. The TCFT will accept all types of currency, cheques and credits card. Fees that are not payable at the end of your class and will need to be invoiced will be subject to a $5 handling and debt recovery charge.

With our cash/cheque advance withdrawal programme, our clients receive a travel allowance that is added to their bankroll. When you use a debit to prepay with a debit voucher, you will be charged the rates of your debit voucher.
