At the beginning of this year, Delta AirElite doubles its aircraft capacity by acquiring Kinston, N.C., Segrave Aviation. This move combines Delta AirElite's award-winning products with Segrave's leading position in on-line air traffic and operational controls. The Cardholder is eligible for a 20% rebate on the Y0 (Inland Coach Class) and F0 (Inland First Class) rates and a 20% rebate on the J (International Business Class) and C (International Business Class) rates valid at the time of booking for all national air transport or internal air transport (as understood by Delta in each case) performed by Delta in accordance with the Air Elite Jet Card Agreement and in connection with an AirElite journey as understood by the Delta Air Elite Jet Card Agreement.

For all other tariffs for travelling in the Delta, whether domestically or internationally, the rates are those valid at the time of booking. Any national and internation fare purchased in accordance with this Air Elite Jet Card Agreement is governed by all relevant Delta posted regulations. Traffic on Delta and Delta Connection airlines is governed by Delta's contract of carriage, which is included with each Trip Ticket and can be obtained from http://www.delta.com.
