Receipt for official taxis

Not all taxis offer receipts, nor are they obliged to do so. The official taxi driver would have no problem giving you a proper receipt. Beware of some taxi drivers as some of them, especially at the airport, may try to deceive foreigners. Please note the following points for a pleasant journey with our taxis: Ask for a printed receipt at the end of your trip.

Beware of some taxi riders as some of them, especially at the airports, may try to deceive foreigners. Usually the cost from the airports to the cities is less than 20 Euro, as indicated on arrival at the airports. At any time you are authorized to demand a receipt.

Don't ask our drivers to maneuver a piece of baggage if it could cause injuries to them or others, and don't expect them to take more baggage with them than the adequate space in the vehicle's storerooms.

Make full payment for the right ticket, inclusive of reservation or other related costs. Verify your exchange to see if you have given your taxi fares with a larger mark. At the end of your journey, ask for a receipt to be sent to you. If you need to make a reservation cancellation to avoid our drivers making a waste journey, notify our Customer Service Center at 6476-3033 in Advance.
