Five unlicensed cabs caught by five managers of Bay Area City.

MAnchesters - With most taxi earthed via servicing problems, city cops and license officers caught five gypsies or otherwise illicit taxi drivers Friday in a stabbing plant, officers said. Guilty parties include an aerodrome sedan company and a young lady who used her own private vehicle as a taxi, said Kevin Kincaid, head of licencing and law enforcement for the city clerk's office.

The Kincaid said that the DOT licence only covers transport between states, and Amoskeag Airport needs a taxi pedal if it is to be operated within the city. National legislation defined a taxi cabin as a car carrying seven or fewer people and used "for the call and enquiry carriage of passengers" from one place to another as specified by the client.
