What can I do to buy a DB Zugticket? Trains are added to your route. You cannot subsequently insert sections. Where can I get my rail tickets? You can get your Rail & Fly tickets in two ways: you can either get them on your portable equipment or buy them at a DB ATM.

When boarding the locomotive, you must present your current rail pass. In order to get your portable tickets, go to and type your name and your tickets number/reservation number on www.accesrail.com. It is recommended that you just printout your Mobilticket for this case. If you decide to go to to get Rail & Fly tickets on , the pick-up ticket feature from a rail terminal will be disabled.

In order to obtain a valuable railway pass from a DB dispenser, you must enter your collection number in the dispenser and you will receive your pass in return. Please make sure that there are DB automatic ticketing terminals at your departing railway yard and that you get there in time to receive your rail travelpasses. Please note that you can only change your booking if you have a DB Travel Center at the railway terminal. How can I use my rail pass?
