Downtown Cab Company - Fitchburg - Taxi service
I had a timecall and when I phoned about my trip and didn't show that the masculine dispatchers were very impolite, I ended up in a blizzard and made it to work just in time. What a surprise! When this was the first one I would give them another shot, but this is the second one... The first one that I was waiting and an hours and a half for a taxi when I was said 20 min and it was a true flu and every single call I made I was said that we were trying to insert you and they eventually did as I said and an hours and a half later... if you have to use a taxi use Twin City.
Phone an hours earlier to take a cab to the new Wachusett train depot. You said you could only go to Fitchburg, so I had planned a cab from Gardner to Fitchburg train station. Fitchburg train stop. You said it would take 40 to 45 minutes to show up, which doesn't even take such a long normal ride to get to Gardner.
Still no cab an hours later, I had been calling and they even confessed that it had been an hours since I had been calling. Totally impolite dispatcher too, why is this cab company still in operation?
