Charge for name changes for reservations before 10 May 2017

See the chart below for updates to the charges. Luggage can only be paid for on-line by checking in 24h to 60min before the flight. If you lose a piece of luggage, you will be refunded your luggage charge (without overvaluation) in return for the amount of luggage you lose.

On top of all other baggage charges that apply, each piece of excess weight will be subject to a 75-88 charge. Excess weight is defined as an object weighing more than 23 kg (50 lb.) but not more than 45 kg (100 lb.). A charge of 75-88 will be levied for any oversized luggage. While we will do our best to place your hand luggage in the cab, the collection of hand luggage is dependent on available seats.

When there is insufficient room, hand luggage will be placed in hold luggage free of charge (and will not be available for the length of the flight). A good guideline: Your commemorative heads of souvenirs definitely go into your hold luggage. Changing shouldn't be hard. Therefore, with our tariffs you can modify a guest's name or route and even switch to an early or late flight on the date of the trip.

If, for example, you are traveling with a plus one-way ticket and a flex for your way back, you will be billed flex if you need to make changes to your round-trip ticket. The following charges apply to each visitor to a reserve. Saturdays are flights that depart within 24hrs.

Early arrival for your flight: The flight must be at the same point of arrival on the same date and must not be on a sold-out flight. Your enquiry will be received at the airports on the same date for the charge in force, on the basis of the air fares you have paid. Delayed arrival for your flight: In some cases, the next available flight may be the next available flight on the next date or later, based on your location. Changes made 21 or longer prior to your flight's scheduled date of travel and incur a $100 plus GST per customer modification charge. Holidays with round-trip plus fare will not be billed with the modification charge. All holidays are priced and billed at the valid suppliers' prices. Changes will be rebooked at the actual sales rate.

Changes of ownership are considered cancellations. Our understanding is that we try to be as responsive as possible when our intentions are changing. Preselection charges are calculated for each flight sector, every driving lane and by route length. A flight number identifies a flight segment; each flight number is a flight number. No refund will be given within 24 Stunden of the planned date of sailing, except for cancellation more than two Stunden prior to the original date of sailing.

The charges for the pre-selection of Econo passenger seating are listed below and are calculated on a route basis. From January 17, 2017, passengers using the Flex fares will be eligible for free seating for standard seating, but there will be a charge if a ticket is purchased in the initial series. Econo, Flexi or Member Exclusive rates, and if there are still places available in Plus at the moment of check-in, you can move for a surcharge.

The Plus seating is in the first three or four lines of the airplane and includes additional leg room, meals, first entry to covered containers and complimentary foods and drinks (beer, wines, spirits). If Plus is chosen at check-in, it does not cover hold luggage, no change and cancellation fees, and prioritized safety. The choice varies depending on flight duration, daytime, and uptime.

Purchase on aboard is calculated in Canada Dollar. Plus accruing tax. Plus accruing tax. No refund can be made on the initial method of payments if canceled more than 24hrs after the reservation or for reservations made on the same date. Does not apply to an Econo (Lowest) tariff. Exceptions are departures within 24 Stunden after reservation (same-day trip).

Rates are per one-way flight. Rates are up-dated at least every two working lessons. The above mentioned rates are non-binding and are only valid after receipt of your order.
