Airplane and toilet tidy, the cabin attendants were courteous and kind. There was a good selection of drinks and meals, a great selection for the on-board fun. During the 12 hours stopover we could drive to Negombo to look around in the town and on the shore, and have some chill-out before the second trip and a nice hot water in the Transithotel.

As we tried to do our on-line check-in on the date of our trip, the reservation had mysteriously vanished. Apparently they hadn't approved us for the new trip because they "didn't know" that we had payed the charge (which was done on the ground during the rebooking). You tried to put us on the next day's plane, which we declined.

Eventually after many telephone conversations they confirm our reservation and from then on everything is fine.
