You can only proceed with the application procedure once you have finished all the work. You have a maximum of twelve month to finish the application procedure (from the first Safeguarding and Knowledge Test to the issue of the license). When you apply for a Pullman License, you should know that we are currently restricting the number of Pullman cars registered in the town and our waitlist is full.

You must be registered to the Safeguarding of Knowledge Test: Safeguarding Training and Knowledge Test charges are calculated seperately. As soon as the money has been paid and your application has been submitted, it will be registered in our system and you will be sent a Safeguarding and Knowledge Test (SAKT) meeting within 10 working day by e-mail.

Safety, equality and protection course; sit the test. They must take the course and successfully complete both exams before moving on to the next level of application. You can only move on to the second step of the application procedure after successfully passing the Safeguarding and Knowledge Test. A DBS test must be performed to establish whether a person is "fit and proper" to own a license. DBS performs a series of tests of your application information and gives you all necessary information about a DBS certificate. Your application will only be examined by the licensing team once all the necessary documents have been submitted.

You will not be able to obtain your identity card and license until you have finished all the application processes.
