Good Private Jets

High quality private jets

Here is why your next private jet flight may take place on a turboprop. When you think that aeroplanes are a thing of the past, think again and look at the private aerospace industry, even though most tend to refer to it as a private one. In the past year, turboprop charters rose by 8% from 4. 9 percent for lightweight jets.

Corresponding to ARGUS TRAQpak, Turbo Prop's 1. 18 million flying hours called, second only to medium-sized cabinet jets and ahead of lightweight and large jets. If you think of civil aircraft, the airline companies have made a lot of fuss about how they have driven prop aircraft out of their local fleet, which in most cases operates all the jets.

TRAQpak says last year 27% of flying time was spent on turbine propulsion in commercial air travel. There are at least 14 businesses that offer sale of private jets where you have the opportunity to buy turboprop or reciprocating jets, 10 of which are new in the last ten years.

Why, then, do turbo-props have an important place in corporate aeronautics and why are they growing both in use and with businesses offering them in jets as well? "Between 2001 and 2010, when I was Marquis Jet Partners Chief Executive Officer (before I sold the firm to NetJets), I realized from a market perspective that there was a potential need for a winning entry that would win the most players in the turbo-prop field," said Kenny Dichter, Wheels Up Chief Executive Officer and founding director, who created Wheels Up in 2013.

Pointing out that 80% of all private air travel in the U.S. is less than two hour, the King Air 350i steering house, the backbone of his aircraft, which he compares to a SUVs. StraightLine's website states that piston engines are best for journeys of 100 to 500 mile, while turbo-props can travel up to 1,250 mile, although the latter could stretch it a little when talking about flight-times.

Planemasters said the 1,041-mile Kansas City to Phoenix trip would take two to 35 minute flying in a lightweight plane, versus three to 40 minute flying on a turbo prop. A 303-mile Phoenix-San Diego trip would take 70 min in a turbo prop as opposed to 54 min in a lightweight plane, but Dichter points out that the gap is usually less than that because part of the trip is climbing and descending when neither jets nor requisites are at full power, and in high-density areas all planes fly at the same throughput.

StraightLine's advertising materials show its members that they pay an hourly rate of $3,189 in a turbo prop versus $4,702 in a lightweight one. Mean for a one-engined reciprocating airplane is only $1,297 per hour, but even for this Phoenix to San Diego hops you fly 94 min, 40 min more than a plane, so much less the more likely a turbo -prop or pistons might be the response.

Mr Adam Twidell,EO of PrivateFly, a private yacht brokers that offers a market-driven suite of prop tickets, is a former Royal Air Force and private aircraft operator. It says that turbines are loved for these short trips because in many cases the prices are not between a turbine and a lightweight aircraft, but between a mid-size, supermid-size or even a large one.

He was able to organize a 21-seater Beechcraft 1900 turbo prop for a round trip with three hour flight from Las Vegas to a secluded mine for $13,000 for a new customer with 20 passengers. Alternatively, there would have been two bigger jets at a price of $60,000.

Extremely lightweight jets can accommodate only four people, and lightweight jets can accommodate six to seven people, while mid-size jets generally offer seven to nine places, which means that for smaller groups, for bigger groups, the real alternative jets are usually $6,000 to $10,000 per hour. However, for smaller groups, the real alternative jets are usually $6,000 to $10,000 per hour. What is more, the real alternative jets are usually $10,000 per month. In addition, bigger jets can cost at least 90 to 120 minute flying per diem, while requisites usually last 60-minute.

This can also be advantageous for requisites. The King Air 350i can in many cases bring you nearer to your destination because it can reach smaller airfields that eight-passenger jets can't reach, which eventually save time," says Dichter and lists Daniel Field, the nearest airfield to the Augusta National Golf Club, hosts of the Masters, Provincetown and Marshfield in Massachusetts, Santa Monica, now that it's cut, Novato in California, Princeton in New Jersey and Wings Field in the service of Philadelphia.

Magellan Jets CEO Joshua Hebert says although he doesn't sell turboprop jets, they make up nearly 15% of the on-demand charters market and could be more. It says that for its chart programmes, which include both guarantee access and disposable price fixes, which would not be possible for requisites at national level, the breakpoint is the restricted access to requisites and pilot aircraft that comply with Magellan's procurement standard.

Gulfstream IIIs is also flown by Andrew Flaxman, CEO and Operations Director of ExpertJet, the German provider of air travel and air travel services, but he did the cutting with turbo-props for Colgan Air, which no longer exists at that point and was then a US Airways code-share company. It says that when freighting a turbo-prop or reciprocating plane, either via on-demand or diesel cards, the consumer should work with a private air travel agent who knows private air travel inside out and knows the different carriers and their operating practices.

"There' s not the same consistence (with the prop operators) and there' s not enough pilot if someone gets ill, you have to make sure there's a back-up schedule. For example, GAMA Aviation uses wheel up, which, in conjunction with Wyvern Wingman and ARGUS Platinum, is also IS-BAO Stage 3 for the operation of its Wyvern Wingman and ARGUS Platinum fleets, which include King Airs, Citation X and Citation Excel/XLS.

" Talking about King Air 350i, poet says: "There is even a fully closed toilet, something some smaller jets don't always have. "Flaxman says, however, that for piston and turboprop, he concentrates only on a few selected airplane models that he thinks offer the convenience charters and Jetcard clients want.

"A few (props) just don't match what the client expects," he says.
